All products sold by Steezia are covered by a 1 month (30 days) store warranty from the date of reception of your product. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may occur during normal usage of the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
If you experience any issues with your product within the warranty period, please contact us immediately at contact@steezia.com. We will assess the issue and determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary. If a repair or replacement is required, we will do so at no cost to you. If a replacement is required, we will do our best to provide you with a product of equal or greater value. If the product is no longer available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Please note that our store warranty is separate from any manufacturer warranties that may apply to your product. If your product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. Our store warranty is in addition to any manufacturer warranties, and provides an extra level of protection for your purchase.
