I had low expectations when I purchased this device. My eyes widened after trying it out. Instructions say to start on a low setting and gradually increase power, but I'm in a hurry to see results. I cranked it up to max right away. You may or may not like it. The electric pulses from the machine cause the muscles from your feet to your kneecap to tighten up. Do it while standing up. I stopped after 15 minutes and it felt like I had quite an exercise workout. Legs felt pretty good afterwards. The machine is supposed to cure swelling in the legs and feet which happens to be my problem. If I don't see any results after a week or two I will return here to post an update.

Not only does this product work beautifully, but it's easy to charge and easy to store too. Unlike similar bulky products, this stores away and takes up almost no room. At it's lowest setting you can feel it working! I'm impressed with it for sure, and I wish I had it years ago!
