No order cancellations can be made after 1 hours from the date of the purchase, since our order system is automated.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
A $10 cancellation fee will be applied for orders that are cancelled after one hour from the time of purchase. This fee is in place due to our automated system, which processes orders immediately upon placement.
